I kind of equate your StrengthsFinder 2.0 to the Meyer-Briggs score. Am I somewhat correct? I took that test as a part of career coaching.
Hi Jasmine Eppes! The Myers-Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) test is another alternative to the the Clifton StrengthsFinder (CFT) test. However, in my opinion, though they both serve a self-development purpose, they are not entirely the same because of their respective perspective.
On one hand, the MBTI assesses an individual unique personality traits and behavior, suggests strategies to improve the behavior and make them more efficient in the workplace.
On the other hand, the CFT classifies an individual’s talents within 34 different themes of talents, analyses, describes the impact of their unique talent combination and demonstrates how to turn their talents into strengths using skills and knowledge.
Thank you Jasmine for commenting!
