Here are some tips on how to reduce your stress at work:
- Bring your headphones to work and listen to quality music
- Lunch out by yourself or with friends at least once a week
- Take frequent bathroom breaks
- Have a snack if You stress
- Exercise, go for a walk after or before work. I find it more enjoyable to exercise at lunch break.
