How to reduce stress at work

Hey You!

Here are some tips on how to reduce your stress at work:

  1. Bring your headphones to work and listen to quality music
  2. Lunch out by yourself or with friends at least once a week
  3. Take frequent bathroom breaks
  4. Have a snack if You stress
  5. Exercise, go for a walk after or before work. I find it more enjoyable to exercise at lunch break.
